After all, having sat on both sides of the table, as a PT clinic owner and as a marketer, I understand the intricacies, challenges, and opportunities that are part of the PT industry.

How It All Began

HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH
DIRECT-TO-PATIENT DIGITAL MARKETING

I founded a PT company specializing in geriatric rehab with 12 locations and co-founded 3 outpatient PT clinics, leading to 35+

staff members and 3 million in annual revenue. I learned the ins and 

outs of marketing directly to patients by using doctor marketing,

word of mouth, print , and yellow pages. With the rise of the internet,

I realized the potential of direct-to-patient digital marketing and 

how it can be applied to PT.

TURNING OVER A FRESH LEAF

Moved on from DOM position to work with a small group of PT clinics in an impactful way. I introduced a digital marketing concept that goes beyond the typical PT marketing approaches, diving deeper into physio services, modalities, and conditions. Ideal for 1-2 location PT clinic owners, it allowed me to refine the digital marketing system I had already laid the foundations for.

WHAT LIES AHEAD

PatientClicks™ will continue to evolve in key areas as new demands emerge and times change. Using AI to further streamline our campaigns, connecting leads and bookings in a more meaningful way, and expanding existing campaigns to meet growing client needs. After a national physiotherapy company bought my clinics, I became Senior Manager of Digital Marketing and later moved to Director of Marketing for a major Healthcare Solutions Clinic with 70+ locations.

I cut my teeth learning the best (and worst) marketing practices and systematized our processes, growing the marketing budget to $100K/month.

Building on my 10+ years of experience and the 1000+ profitable physiotherapy PPC campaigns I’ve developed, PatientClicks™ came to fill a market gap in the physical therapy industry.
